Seven New Properties Launched

Custom is proud to launch no less than 7 hot new listings to the market this week.

We’ve had a lot of recent sales activity, (14 sales in 3 weeks) and are in constant contact with the most serious buyers in town so it’s great to be able to offer selection of fine new listings this week.

Apart from that, it’s business as usual for us. If you see anything you like, please feel free to contact the agent involved because it’s our job to help.

We continue to get really positive feedback on the Custom way of doing things. Here are a couple of recent examples from vendors:

“Again, thank you for your attention to every detail and I look forward to the next one.” R.H, Ponsonby.

"I found both your agents to be highly responsive, professional and knowledgable." E.T., Ponsonby

Take care and have a great weekend and enjoy the sun!

Massive Momentum – A Whole New Ball Game

What a crazy start to the year! I really feel that this year is going to be a big one for local Real Estate. The ink has just dried on our 12th unconditional deal of the year and to all intents and purposes, there has only been 2 weeks of business activity in 2010.

Our agents report massive buyer enquiry and huge turn outs at the first few open homes of the year. Buyer activity has gone miles above the threshold we’d expect for late Jan / early Feb. We are currentlyadvising potential vendors about how they can capitalise on this activity so if you’d like a chat with one of our many sales people: take your pick.

Scott Kittelty sold 41D Jaemont Ave with an offer that stopped the auction, Sue Doherty sold 17/10 Cleveland Road in a matter of days and Nic Blackie sold 19 Chamberlain Street in amongst a flurry of new year’s interest.

We’ve got strong relationships with some of the most serious buyers in town and continue to direct these people to great new listings. It's become clear that local buyers and sellers are really comfortable with our approach.
