Hi Everyone,
The Spring selling season has certainly hit us at Custom Residential which is great news for our buyers and sellers.
The Custom team have completed 4 unconditional sales in the last 7 days and have significant interest in other properties we are representing. Keith and Sandy achieved an outstanding result in Richard Street (for a vendor that literally couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the offer) and they also sold 50 Kingsland Ave for a very happy vendor. Sue Hatton and Kelly Ronald sold Ariki Street for what everyone thinks is seriously good money and Dan Reed and John Wills also sold Millais St under the hammer on Sunday afternoon.
Custom Residential is not about sheer volume and we’re certainly not a franchised one-size-fits-all approach. We give our vendors a clear competitive edge simply by doing things a bit differently. This is great news for those vendors who choose to work with us.
Our 12 x 3 m Billboard exposure of Richard Street for example, is something unique that we offer and it certainly helped achieve a big result in just 6 days on the market.
This week, we launch 50B Kingsland Ave with Keith and Sandy and 1/37 Buxton St with Dan Reed at the helm. Both are well worth a look.
Sunday is the big day for the auction at 56 Rose Road, represented by Sue Hatton and Kelly Ronald. It would be great to see you on-site at 2pm.
