Listings, sales, auctions… It’s all happening!
2 Sep 2010
Spring is definitely on its way and our guys are reporting open homes with plenty of fizz and atmosphere and are also commenting that they are seeing a lot of new faces coming through the front doors. It’s true that Spring tends to bring a few more new properties to the market, but the change of season also encourages new buyers into the fray. We are definitely seeing that at Custom.
Sales Activity continues to be high in our office with 14 Webber Street (Dan Reed and John Wills), 53 Ardmore Road (John Wills and Sue Hatton) and 32 Ariki Street (Sue Hatton and Kelly Ronald), all having cash unconditional offers made on them in the last 7 days.
It’s well known that Keith and Sandy Dowdle pretty much own the Arch Hill market and this week they launch the very cute and stylish 38 Cooper Street. We also have some great on-site auctions lined up for Sunday. Dan Reed and John Wills have 14 Jessel Street and 49 Millais Street and Keith and Sandy have 50 G Home Street.
Keep an eye out for Custom in the NZ HeraldHomes this weekend. We’ve got another significant presence this week with some great properties on offer. We’ve also got a huge presence in the eagerly awaited September issue of the Ponsonby News due out tomorrow.
We’re proud to be local, very independent and we want to do things better. Please feel free to contact any of our team for a friendly chat or some specific property advice. It’s our job to help.
