Things are heating up

21 Jan 2010

Much like the temperature out there, the real estate coalface continues to be seriously heating up. Our front desk is experiencing a noticeable rise in enquiry from people wanting to register as buyers and our sales team are talking to plenty of buyers who have obviously switched from ‘holiday mode’ back to 'buying mode' and are impatiently looking to make a move on the right property.

If you are thinking of selling, don’t hesitate to contact your preferred Custom Residential property consultant direct to discuss your requirements.

Expansion

We are delighted to welcome Sue Doherty to our team. Sue has been a strong agent for a number of years and has a network that is the envy of most agents in the Auckland area.

Adding another string to our administrative bow, we also welcome Rosie de Malmanche on board. Rosie ensures our consultants have a very grunty sales support machine behind them.

This week we are proud to bring a number of beauties to the market. Jason Trowbridge has listed a lovely Summer Street property in Ponsonby, as well as 10 Lincoln Street also in Ponsonby and a big opportunity in Mt Eden. Sue Doherty offers a Parnell delight and we might just tempt you to move to Te Atatu South.

For those of you who loved the bach lifestyle over the break; do not miss Sue Hatton’s latest listing.

All of them feature in this newsletter, so please have a good browse and don’t hesitate to get in touch with the representing agents.

Have a great weekend
