PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING

Just a quick update to share with you the great reference we've had from our vendor on the sale of 39 Lawrence.

"I listed with John Wills at Custom Residential because he is a proven local specialist. To date he has sold 6 of my properties (all local) and has achieved great results.

We had 52 groups view the property on the first weekend of open homes and John presented me with an unconditional offer straight after the weekend.

Prior to that, he had bought buyers to the property on Christmas Eve and right through the holiday period while I was away. John is easy to deal with and serious about achieving the best result he can. I'd recommend him to anyone in the local area."

SOLD!

Here at Custom we care more for actions than words, so getting our first sale on the board is a very satisfying feeling indeed!

39 Lawrence Street, Herne Bay, was sold unconditionally on the 19th this month, barely a month after we opened our doors.

It's is a great occasion for us. We are delighted to be sending a clear message to those commentators who didn't believe there was room in the industry for another player. We hope our fresh, young, proactive, dynamic and honest approach offers vendors a refreshing option.

 John Wills, who founded Custom Residential and was the agent acting for his client, the vendor of 39 Lawrence, comments: "I am delighted to get a result for my long-time client. WELCOME TO KERRI

In line with our philosophy on service and customer care, we wanted to create another layer of service to ensure Custom Residential is the very best at connecting people with property and we're delighted to announce the appointment of Kerri Wayman as our dedicated buyers' agent. Kerri's partnership with John Wills means our clients will have a clear competitive edge in 2009.

Fabulous all-rounder Kerri comes to us from Christchurch where she worked for one of the top real estate companies as a PA to the office manager, and then as a Buyers' Agent working with purchasers.

You'll be seeing Kerri around the area, as she and partner Mark, daughter Gabriella (age 8), son Ben (age 6) and Labrador Bella (age forever puppy)  live in Herne Bay. Prior to her move to Auckland, Kerri did months of thorough and extensive research on Auckland property to find the best spot to move her family to and Herne Bay came up trumps! Locals are often surprised and comment on how knowledgeable she is about the area.
