Thoroughly aware that in real estate you’re only as good as your last sale, Dan has been fully focused on a complete service for the vendors that employ him to market their properties and negotiate the sale, as well as the potential purchasers attending his open homes and on his database. “To meet and exceed expectation is my guiding principle,” Dan says, proud to never stretch the truth in order to obtain listings or realise sales. Dan states: “I may not sell the most properties in Point Chevalier or Westmere, but I like finishing a long day knowing my clients are getting the service and results as promised.”
Leaving behind a career as successful export agent working back and forth between NZ and Japan, the catalyst for moving into real estate was his experience when purchasing his property. At this point Dan decided the service he received was nowhere near the standard he offered his own clients. He identified this as an important gap in the way things were commonly done in real estate and felt confident he could fill it.

Dan immediately demonstrated his flair with the successful sale of a property in Walker Road in Pt Chevalier, which other local agents had previously attempted to market. Great result, ecstatic vendor; Dan has never looked back since.
