Lynn Gore sold my house at 31 Ardmore Road, Ponsonby. It was not a straight-forward sale, and Lynn handled the various hurdles with aplomb. As the owner, but living 600 km away, I was unable to oversee the sales process in person, and needed to rely on Lynn completely.
The house was tenanted, and diplomacy and understanding was needed at all times so that the tenants were treated with respect. Their circumstances needed to be taken into consideration, while also relying on them to both give access to the house, and present it to a standard suitable to show prospective buyers.
