It was finally time for the old family home to pass on to new owners. After an initial consultation, we employed the services of Maria Salmon and Custom Residential to take the property to market via a three week intense campaign and then to auction. Maria put together a marketing plan that was tailor made to maximize exposure based on the property location and type. We were kept informed every step of the way with verbal updates and feedback after each open home, weekly written reports and advised of any other points of interest along the way. As the campaign was coming to an end, we were presented with a pre-auction offer which we accepted before the last open home. Throughout the process we were totally impressed with Maria’s professionalism, contact, follow up and service.
