SPORTS FANATIC WITH A POSITIVE OUTLOOK

Scott is also our self confessed sports fanatic and plays competitive squash, tennis and cricket. Having travelled the globe to many major sporting events he describes the 2003 Cricket World Cup in South Africa as a special highlight, and although he’s been present at the last three All Blacks Rugby World Cup match losses he’s not ruling out banning himself from the 2011 Rugby World Cup just yet!

He feels excited and privileged to be working in the greater Ponsonby village and his specialist area of Westmere, and has a positive outlook for the near future: “I see a year of consolidation for the majority of people. A year of slow but steady growth where property investors will assess any new tax implications for themselves, and where buyers and sellers will continue to keep property moving in our central suburbs with a view to increased opportunity and optimism towards 2011”.
