TungWei Ling, or ‘Wei’ as people call him has built up a serious sales record in his 20 years of living in Auckland. He generated over $10,000,000 worth of sales in his 10 years in Sales and Marketing, working in the IT industry as well as in Health Products and in the Ventilation industry.

His motto is that you can either sell, or you can’t and there is no doubt that Wei can.

Wei started investing in property at the age of 21, having been taught by his family that real estate is the most valuable (material) asset you can have. “Then people around me started to wonder why I didn’t become a property consultant since I always provided them with useful property advice,” says Wei. “But the truth is that I have always considered myself a property consultant, it is just that now that I’m certified I am earning my living from it!”

To him providing the best service is crucial. “Word of mouth referrals is huge in the real estate industry,” he says. “I have had some very loyal clients who bought whatever I sold during my time in different industries and of that I am very proud.”
