A perfect starter and a generous portion dating back to 1913. All of the ingredients are here but this recipe is ripe for improvement. Comfortable as is so move in and make it your own. There is plenty of scope here with the extra downstairs rooms and outdoor living. As for amenities, you have close proximity to everything Ponsonby, Grey Lynn & Kingsland have to offer. Elevated, sunny and light is the lifestyle you will enjoy here. In fact with improvement this could be a long lasting main course.
