DARCY UNGARO - Owner of Ungaro & Co Financial Services
Darcy is a registered financial adviser working in the area of lending and insurance – he also works in partnership with other mortgage offering specialist mortgage insurance advice to these clients when they are taking out new mortgage debt.

He started in the finance industry in 2003 and over the years has developed a unique needs based, relationship focused process with all of his clients. Bayard has over fifteen years’ planning and development experience, having worked in Local Government for 7 years and private consultancies throughout Auckland and Queenstown for over 8 years.

Bayard holds a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning (honours) from Massey University, is a Full Member of the New Zealand Planning Institute (MNZPI). Bayard is also an active member of the Resource Management Law Association of New Zealand and a member of the New Zealand Urban Design Forum.

AARON PATERSON - Director of Paterson Architecture Collective
In the field of residential architecture, both multi-unit housing and single dwellings, Aaron is widely recognised – as well as widely published and awarded – for his architectural insight and acumen.

He is a regular design and architectural media tutor at The University of Auckland School of Architecture and Planning and a regular contributor to architectural publications.
