Once we decided to sell our Kingsland property we had a number of agents looking for our listing. We have lived in the area for over 5 years and have seen Keith and Sandy working tirelessly at many open homes. When we came to sell our home they seemed the natural choice. They presented and executed a professional marketing plan, resulting in over 70 groups through the open home in the first weekend! Within two and a half weeks they negotiated and presented a pre-auction offer to us, which we were delighted to accept. It is with genuine appreciation that I write to thank Keith and Sandy Dowdle for their superb efforts in the recent campaign for the sale of my home in Westmere.
